I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair and not able to get to TB easily. But I braved the traffic and heat today and tryed the Discovery Lux box and it was Awesome. It was a Sat afternoon and pretty busy but they got the food to me very quickly and Everything was soo hot and fresh and tacos had that great crunch. I am glad was able to let 1 of the young Ladies working know how great the box was today.

had to wait over 30 mins for an order for 2 people. tacos were so wet, soaking thru the bag, and the flour shells were so dry and stale somehow. never ordering at this location again

Not the best Taco Bell I've been to. The inside of the restaurant kind of smelled, and not in a good way. The service was a little on the slow side. It was typical Taco Bell food, so no real surprises there. With all the other options in this area, I probably won't be back to this location.

Don’t bother going inside or here at all. If you do go inside you’ll get to see the most sorry sad and dirty establishment where your food is made.
If you go through the drive thru and ask for sauce they’ll just ignore you so you’ll have to go inside and get it where there don’t keep it stocked at all. Then you’ll have to stand there at the counter where everyone pretends they don’t see you until one of the many walk past and you can finally ask for sauce.

My significant other chose Taco Bell as his birthday dinner. This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences we’ve had where the items were technically correct. My Crunchwrap was neither crunchy nor wrapped; it flopped apart with each stale bite. The free Baja blast freeze thing he got from the app as a birthday gift didn’t have a straw and was half filled. Same with the bowl and burrito the birthday boy ate. I’m leaving this review because of just how disappointing this experience was. He specifically chose THIS location because we had a really good experience the last time we ordered from here. For how halfassed this experience was, I truly just had to share. I peeled the receipt from the literal four stickers plastered over it trying to find some way to let the restaurant know directly how disappointing this was and found nothing, so here we are. Yeah, Taco Bell is sucky food; duh. This was disappointing AND sucky food. Lukewarm, floppy, half-filled, and stale. Happy birthday or whatever, right?

It was about 12am tonight when we arrived, waited a bit in the drive thru, but we were greeted and informed that it will be a few until our order was actually taken. That’s a given arriving late in the night. Our order was correct, food was great, and service was exceptional for how busy they were! highly recommend for a quick late-night bite!

Normally, this one isn’t too bad. My last experience at the drive-through was horrible. Older guy who gave me my food was a jerk for no reason. If you don’t have basic manners, you shouldn’t work in customer service.
