Stopped at an event they had listed on EventPin. had the brisket sandwich, baked beans and coleslaw. Did not disappoint. Every dish was excellent and the BBQ sauce had great flavor!
100% recommended! We ordered for dinner tonight and WOW!! Excellent food. Like, follow and share to know when and where they will be cooking!! Wow! Not only did they turn around a large order quickly, but the meats were all amazing. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and probably the most courteous service I’ve received in a long time. Will order again!

OTR Smokehouse is a food truck serving excellent BBQ. The perfect BBQ ribs are the star, with a caramelized exterior and smoky, savory flavor. The meat is incredibly tender and juicy. They also offer fall apart ribs, tender pulled pork, and great tasting beef brisket. The signature barbecue sauces are amazing with great flavor. Sides include amazing Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and baked beans. Every dish is excellent. It is a small business highly recommended for a treat.
