I travel a lot for work, and I have tried Indian food in a lot of different places. I have got to say, this is the best Indian food I've ever had in my life. I can't speak to the meat, but the paneer tikka masala, the potato vindaloo, and the dal, are all delicious. And the paneer naan is a must try.
First time at this restaurant and it was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful on the what to choose. I got heat level 5 on my Tikka Masala and it was perfect. Probably too hot for most. Amazing gem of a restaurant. A must try and new favorite.
Amar is hands down the best Indian cuisine in Dayton, maybe even in Ohio! The food is fresh, quality, and full of flavor. If you've never had Indian food, here's your sign! Stop in for lunch and grab a lunch special or feed the family with a dinner, the portions will not let you down. Don't wait go now!
