I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks store ( Jamaica NY airport terminal 1) I ordered a venti matcha latte and a venti strawberry acai refresher, but what I got was completely different. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any wrongdoing and claimed I never asked for venti sizes. That's not true, and I know they have security cameras that can prove it.
