Went in for the 50 cent wings with a friend. The server told us they were no longer being served and when I pulled up the app and said I'll just order it for pick up (cause the deal was still available) Emma got huffy and walked away.We were both hungry so we just decided to order of the regular menu. While we were browsing Emma came over 4 times to ask if we were ready to order all since the first 10 minutes we'd sat down.Mind you there was nobody else seated for a regular meal and maybe 5 people at the bar.When we finally order she brings us silverware that's dirty and brings the appetizer out with our meals.While we're clearly still eating she proceeds to essentially bother us to see if we need anything 6 times (we didn't and our drink glasses were full, plus we were still eating the apotizer and my friend had started her meal but I hadn't touched mine yet)Overall we just felt like we were rushed out of the restaurant and pushed to finish our meal when we just wanted a calm meal and to relax after a long day. It's also bothersome that we were lied to about the deal not happening right then out of what I assume is laziness.

The bartender was the only redeeming quality of this place. Upon walking in I noticed people were not being helped and leaving. I went and sat at the bar. The bartender was running around doing everything. I saw the manager verbally go off on a grubhub employee asking about an order. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming. My food came out (chicken bacon ranch) and the bun was toasted from sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken was dry. And they put like three pieces of shredded lettuce on it and that was jt. I was excited to go to Applebee's because being from Colorado most of them closed. Now I know why. Either the manager isn't given enough resources to thrive or the manager sucks.

Wow.. just wow. Walked in to a mostly empty restaurant with a party of six. The hostess was wearing some kind of hoodie from a metal workshop had she not greeted us I would have thought she was a customer. Besides that we had a waitress that I don't think is fit for the job. Many mistakes although she was nice. Nice only gets you so far though.After we ordered and waited a while we were informed that they are out of the sauce I had ordered for my wings. So I went with something else. They must have had a lot of honey BBQ cause they poured the whole bottle out on my wings. Then after we all except one got our food the wait staff informed one of my party members that they were out of the sauce for her meal as well so asked if they could just serve it plain. Our party member didn't want to wait any longer so they just agreed.Inform your guests of outages before letting them wait so if they choose to make a change they can.Ordered a side of fries with my wings and never got those. I thought of mentioning it but after trying one of my wifes fries and finding out they serve them cold I decided not to. They did try to charge me for them however. To top it all off the celery plated with my food still had dirt on them. Won't be back, forget about it. If you are thinking of eating here just move on. Not worth it. There is so much more I could add to this but you get it. Disaster.

My server was great. However that's where the good stops. The restaurant was poorly kept and cared for. Nobody wears any sort of uniform so you have no idea who actually works there. The manager came over to resolve an issue and was a real jerk. Wouldn't work with me at all and walked away while I was talking to him. I will not be returning.

My recent visit to Applebee's was incredibly disappointing. The salmon I ordered had brown spots, clearly past its prime, and even the limes served with it were spotted and tasted off. The attempt to mask these issues rather than address them head-on was appalling. To make matters worse, the service was horrendous, contributing to an overall chaotic and unenjoyable dining experience.When I voiced my concerns and requested to speak with the manager, hoping for some understanding or compensation, especially after spending over $200, I was met with vague and dismissive responses. The manager's lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge the issues made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer.This visit was a far cry from the Applebee's experiences I used to enjoy. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in food quality and customer service standards at a well-known establishment

The place looks great, with average apple bee decor and look. The staff was friendly and helpful so great on them. Food took a little longer than I expected for the food to come out. Took as long as for you to start thinking "Man where is the food" and then right then it showed up. We got cheese sticks appetizer and Mom got the 6 Oz steak with macaroni and cheese and mash potatoes and I got the chicken cheese and bacon with mash potatoes and fries. My food was good except for the fries. Her steak was supposed to come out medium well but came out well done which is an easy enough mistake. The whole order came up to 28$ plus some change which wasn't that bad. I would say, solid performance. Just afew small detail off

Came in and the short white girl with blonde hair told us it was a 10 min wait so we went in sat in the car at 1:19 came back in at 1:28 just for her to tell us it we were gone for 20 mins and our seat was given up and we gotta wait another 10 mins which is ridiculous then I call and talk to a manager and he seemed to not care at all cause he might be as incompetent and the workers don’t have workers give waits times if they can’t stay on top of it get a timer or sum
