I ordered a medium rare steak I received a medium well steak

The food was surprisingly only fair, however the service was very good.
Went for lunch today at about 12:15. There were two customers in the restaurant when we got there and two staff people. The waitress was very timid but very nice and came to take our order efficiently but the food was not good. We ordered the artichoke and spinach dip and the chips were so stale we could hardly chew them. Then I ordered salad which I did not like at all and I am a real lover of salads. The windows on the restaurant are so dirty you can't see out of them.
