I came through tonight to get dinner before work. after waiting in the drive thru for 13 minutes with no food. I had to flag down a worker. I asked about my food and with her worst attitude she said it takes a while to make. I didn't ask for anything special a chicken club wrap and mac and cheese bites. she called the manager over which took another 2 minutes to come and ask what I needed. I asked for a refund and he proceeded to double charge my card and claimed it was refunded...read full review
Went through the drive thru yesterday (9/14/20, 2:56pm) and ordered two classic RB. Pulled up to the window and paid and was then asked by the cashier (female, mask worn over neck/chin, not over nose/mouth) to pull forward and wait for my food. I get doing that when it's a large or complicated order, but I said I'd wait as it was just two basic sandwiches. The cashier got upset over this, but lo and behold my order was ready in about 10 seconds, so the only reason to pull forward...read full review
