BIGGBY COFFEE is a popular spot known for its smooth cold brew and customizable bragels. The staff is friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The downtown Dayton location is a favorite among customers. However, there have been inconsistencies in food and drink quality. The drive-thru staff provides attentive service. The interior is well-decorated and homey, located in a pleasant area.
The customers enjoy the wide selection of drinks and food, including the delicious mocha mocha hot latte with customizable milk options. The baristas, such as Jordan, Annie, and Savannah, provide great service with positive attitudes, even when busy. The drinks, like the chumpkin crème freeze, are fantastic. The workers are kind and accommodating, greeting customers and patiently helping them with the menu. The dining area is clean, and the drinks are prepared quickly.
