Had an easy delivery order : the chicken salad with rolls, and a cup of cheddar soup. I was craving the cheese soup and it wasn’t even in the bag. Very disappointed :(

Order arrived missing sides for both burgers, not to mention the entire family meal! I'm looking at food to feed 2 people when I ordered to feed 8! What a waste of $70! Called the store so you'd think the rest of the order would be on the way, but no nothing they can do! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I spent $60 on a family meal to go. They forgot the coleslaw and cookies. The chicken strips and dinner rolls were very overcooked. Very disappointed and will not order again

Ordered online through Bob Evans Woodman drive location for delivery. This location uses door dash as the delivery service. My order arrived on time but was missing most of my order. I asked the driver where the rest of the items were and Julie said that's all she was given and would have to follow up with the restaurant, which she never did. I contacted the store directly and was told the driver was given 2 orders and she must have given my items to someone else. Was told the general manager would be arriving in 40 minutes and they would be contacting me to correct this issue. 2 hours later, I have heard nothing. I also contacted door dash and was advised by them since the order was placed directly with Bob Evans they couldn't do anything. Very dissatisfied with the accountability from both companies and their lack of response or follow up.

Service wasn't the greatest a couple items missed off tray. Server laid the check down when she brought the food and restaurant wasn't that busy. And when I needed something couldn't find her.

Horrible experience ordered 70$ worth of food for my family of 7 was missing a whole kids meal got the whole hog and was missing half of it we got chicken tenders and didn’t get any dipping sauce got 3 little farmers and the whole hog and they didn’t give us any syrup butter nothing this location is terrible everytime we get it we are missing something smh after spending 70 on dinner you would expect a decent meal

It took 1 hour to get our food and when we did get our order it had burnt to a crisp hash browns, cold soup, I ordered pancakes and got French toast, dry and brick hard biscuits, and burnt sausage

There was a really nasty overweight woman with a beard running the register yelling at customers and slamming stuff, hiding her name badge on her sleeve.Worst bob Evans I've ever been too, I was wondering why there was hardly anyone there now I know why.

They've really started messing up Uber Eats orders by "interpreting" what's supposed to be on orders. If I order 2 items I want 2 items not half of one with some other stuff. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a breakfast sandwich. Now I have to decide if I want to eat the biscuits from the sandwich with the gravy since I didn't get what I ordered and paid for.
We're from out of town and my family and I stopped for a late dinner. Our waiter was fairly new and he was running behind. He was nervous. We understood and his boss came over to apologize and thanked us for being so understanding.

Went in to order take out. Very friendly service. I ordered 2 county biscuit breakfasts. Got home very disappointed. While food was warm home fries was good. But no cheese and maybe a tablespoon of gravy on it. Not up to standard of what it should be
Felt very unwanted in this store. Stood in line 10 min before anyone would even acknowledge my existence. 4 people walked in after me and were helped before anyone would even say hi to me. I get restaurants hate DoorDash but I am not only a representative of your customer, but I spend my money for food at restaurants as well. Take a guess where I will not be going to spend it now. If you have such a problem with door dash just shut off that very large portion of your base.
