This brewery had been on my list for a year or so to check out, and I have to see I was overly impressed. We tried 4 of their NE IPAs and each of them were pretty stellar. The space is great, simple modern and perfectly decorated. The bartenders were super helpful and kind, and the cherry on top was that the playlist absolutely slapped. We visit Dayton often, and we will definitely be back.
Hands down, the best beer you'll have in Dayton. In fact, as good as any beer you'll have across the country (and I've been to A LOT of breweries!). There's always IPA's and sours. The tap is constantly rotating, so there's something for every taste.
This is my favorite brewery. The beer is consistently excellent, creative, and worth coming back for. For this reason, I am giving five stars.
However, I do hope management takes a closer look at the customer service. While the beer shines, the bartenders often are a bit unfriendly. It’s disappointing when the experience doesn’t match the quality. With better engagement and warmth from the bartenders, this place would be flawless.
