Looks can be deceiving. This is the best pizza of its style in Dayton. I am a regular customer, and have always had great experiences here, but I recently hosted a party and ordered 6 pizzas from pizza factory. Each pie was ready at the time I had scheduled it for and staff was both helpful and friendly when I picked them up. Cannot recommend Pizza Factory enough.

I used to go there years ago, and just went back today. It has been, and is still great. First, the pizza was hot and delicious. What was best is the people were friendly. My order wasn’t ready, and they updated me frequently until it was done. When it was, they handed it to me with a smile. That is so rare post-COVID, and refreshing. I highly recommend.
