I used to go there years ago, and just went back today. It has been, and is still great. First, the pizza was hot and delicious. What was best is the people were friendly. My order wasn’t ready, and they updated me frequently until it was done. When it was, they handed it to me with a smile. That is so rare post-COVID, and refreshing. I highly recommend.

This place looks like a hole in the wall establishment but it's my favorite pizza place in the greater Dayton area.Order two pizzas get your favorite and be adventurous rarely have I been disappointed trying one of their creationsVegetarian options: You pick your toppings not ideal for vegans as cheese is a common theme

This is the best pizza of its style in Dayton. I am a regular customer, and have always had great experiences here, but I recently hosted a party and ordered 6 pizzas from pizza factory. Each pie was ready at the time I had scheduled it for and staff was both helpful and friendly when I picked them up. Cannot recommend Pizza Factory enough.

We're big fans of Pizza Factory. They're always delicious and they delivery quickly and they're great in the community. Whatever you ask for, they find a way to do it. We ordered a couple of medium pizzas and asked for one to not be cut so I could pop it back in the oven later on in the evening. Not an issue. We all love the local chains but if you want something different and want to try a "mom & pop," give Pizza Factory a shot. Awesome menu with great sides, salads, grinders, wings etc. etc. They still offer a "Buy One Get One" on large pizzas on Mondays (carryout only) which is a pretty damn good deal in this crazy economy. Cheers to Pizza Factory.Dietary restrictions: They offer a 9" gluten free pizza.

It gets overlooked when comparing to others because it is such a true Mom/Pop shop they have a specific recipe that most will say, It’s not the best pizza (though it is really good and debatable) and it’s never the worst pizza due to one major thing other pizza shops overlook and that’s Consistency! (You will definitely get your pizza EXACT every time, No more No Less) and if you’re a true pizza lover like myself you already know Consistency is key. I’ve been ordering from them for more than 20yrs and I can’t recall ever having to send a pizza back… You can’t go wrong with Pizza Factory, Your family will definitely be happy eating here and I almost forgot their service is top tier and this is about the only place you can still get a pizza delivered in under 15mn ?, I swear I once hung up the phone after ordering and ? there was a knock at my door and it’s the driver with my food in hand (Like How). I could go on forever with reasons to eat here and I’ve still yet to find one reason not to.

First timer. I walk in, only 3 people are working; the man in a hat(tatted up), a woman and a young man. Whilst being in this environment, I heard the man behind the counter say "we dont accept your kind".Now I am half white and black. I had responded "youre funny" and he leaned over the counter and asked "what" hoping that I didn't hear his response. I repeated myself.I let him know this was my first time trying their products. I stayed to order my small pizza. I had a 9" with pepperoni, bacon and shrooms. Total was $11.30. I had waited 10minutes for my pi.The pizza was okay. The man who had said that comment had to finish my order. When he handed me my pizza, he told me to come back.I will not be coming back.

You can never go wrong getting food here. Their staff is incredibly nice. Fresh ingredients, amazing taste, perfection as far as quality goes, eat local. Thank you to the team at PF for always being so nice to my senor dog, Scooter too.
