I was very disappointed during my recent visit to this Burger King location. I observed staff preparing food without wearing gloves and handling ingredients with bare hands. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety, especially in a fast-food environment where cleanliness should be a top priority.

Couldn't give minus 5 stars drive thru was horrible. Pulled up to the drive thru and was 2 cars back and waited 12 minutes b4 me and the car in front of me Pulled away and she was at the speaker. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!!

Ask for a Hershey sundae, was givin a pie. I states to the woman with micros in her hair that she gave me the wrong item and she said it was in the bag, I pulled back around went inside and told her again she made a small mistake and she told me they didn’t serve sundaes. I told her I’ve bought them for the past 2 days and she stomped around as if there was an ice cream truck somewhere behind the counter before she asked the manager if anybody knew how to make a sundae. After receiving the proper instructions she gave me a milk shake in an ice cream cup with chocolate syrup. I apologized for the inconvenience and also thanked her and as she finger rolled the cup into my hands like I was a backboard. Thanks you burger king staff and your employee with micros and a very nasty attitude.

Ordered through doordash, was greatly disappointed when I got my meal after a long day of work. Couldn't even feed the toppings on the burgers to my family. Rotten pickles (how that happens, I have no clue), spoiled onions, sad, bitter, rotten lettuce. Missing sauces for our onion rings, which wasn't a huge deal compared to the risk of food poisoning to my family from the rancid vegetables. The chicken tasted off, so that sandwich was pitched in the trash. The burgers appeared to have been made in the middle of an earthquake. When given the choice between this place and literally anywhere else in town, do NOT make the mistake of choosing this place.
