Ordered online on the app for dine in. Came in told someone at the register and then sat down to wait. Someone else came up and started running register and apparently whoever previously had been manning her spot didn't bother telling her there was an order waiting. So 20 minutes later I FINALLY get my food after having to go up and ask because they just had it sitting in the warmer the whole time, had to eat in the car because of how long they took. Then when I'm at the front counter asking about my food to the manager Brittany walks up and slams my bag onto the counter without a word and even the manager didn't know if it was my order because she wouldn't even answer him after slamming my food down and walking away. The attitude from Brittany was disgusting and unwarranted. Of course my food was crap as well at that point since it'd been sitting for 20 minutes. Which of course no one offered to remake the food they let sit for 20 minutes. Nope just handed it to me like that was fine. So yeah don't come here unless you want an attitude from Brittany because she can't handle doing her job and you want to sit and wait forever for your food because no employees communicate with each other apparently. You'd think they would've called out the order instead of just holding it out of view and then not even marking it as made for the app to register.
This restaurant is not the place that you want to eat at soon as you walk in. You’re met with profanity andemployees dressed basically have NAKED in leggings on the phones face timing. They don’t say hello. I got my food with the sauce on the middle of the burger sloppy I order a Regular cheeseburger Instead, I Received one with five pickles on it Not to mention, my fries were almost uneditable with the grease being old. I can tell by the fry color I’ve been to this restaurant many times before and even the drive-through is bad. You will wait for a long period of time and your food still might not be right Every time I go, I always see new faces so that shows no one wants to work there. I wonder what goes on the manager is never up kept fresh. I sometimes wonder if I should eat the food from this restaurant.

We went through the drive thru and they were rude abd wouldn't serve us and said they were only taking online orders and this was at 9 pm ...it was a guy and a bigger female working plus a long haired guy who was hanging outside with them intoxicated and smoking cigarettes...then tried to fight us. I have this all recorded and will be getting ahold of someone who will do something about it . This burger king is the
Worst fast food place I've ever been to !!! These people have no business working there or anywhere for thst matter !! I wouldn't advise anyone to go here ...terrible people employed there who are lazy at night and want to hang out outside and party and not do their job ...despicable!
Lines out the door and people are just sitting around talking. Only a few people were working hard getting peoples food out and orders in. Props to those few hard workers(Kelsey, Emily, and a red haired guy making the food), everyone else sucked.

I will never go to this location again. I was treated so badly by the manager tonight Did not even get my food was threatened that she would not refund. My money was called horrible names. I just cannot believe somebody like that works in a managerial position. The whole crew was Following her lead and behaving like a bunch of unrelieved children My suggestion would be to fire her and then hire a manager that can handle the staff and her own behavior I’m telling you I have never seen nothing like it very disappointed Burger King and for corporate reference, I visited the Linden Burger King location around 5:30 6 o’clock

I pulled up.I ordered my food.I was told they didn't have burgers. I said are you serious? They said not unless you know how to fix our broiler, honey. I think the king has been dethroned

They didn't want to serve me because of the drive thru, and I went in to place my order and I've been waiting for more than 45 minutes. The girl is constantly on her phone or video call. Everything is super messy. With 6 people working, I think only one senior citizen does his job well. They simply don't care about their customers.

I was here a few weeks ago and had a great experience so I kept my expectations high and decided to come back today for lunch (big mistake). I ordered double cheeseburger meal with no onions. The order taker was quick to tell me that the burger doesn't come with onions--O.kay--then I have nothing to worry about, right? I place order pull around to pay and go (again, expectations are high). I like to eat my fries while I drive (who likes cold fries?) so I eat a few then realize there are no napkins in the bag! Really? Are we rationing?? So, since I had just used hand sanitizer, I figured that licking my fingers could add an extra spice to the salt and would improve the otherwise dry and lukewarm potatoes! I made do. Then I get to the burger...well, look at all of my pictures and let me know if you see the problem....EXACTLY!!!! Nowhere on my receipt or the ticket attached to the bag does it state BACON! Look closely--the grill ticket matches the burger but the order number does not. Yep, I was given someone else's order and the truly sad part is...I. don't. eat. pork! So, that burger went straight into the trash! The best part of that $8.92 meal was the large refreshing drink!

Why do you have your open-close times on google as 24 hours if your closed I placed a delivery order for your store and it went through but completely wasted my money this is ridiculous and false information update your stuff because as a fast food employee myself this is not how things are supposed to be done at all. Highly disappointed and highly pissed off
