I asked if they had breakfast platters they said they don't carry those I told her I wish I would have called her name but it was about 7:45 in the morning , the staff were very sweet and accommodated me and only charged me for the meal I appreciate that and I will keep coming back thank you
They made a mistake on my order I asked for extra tomato instead they gave me a half a cup of mayo on my sandwich, I called them told them I was on my way to work, they took my name and told me to come back anytime just give them my name and they would replace the sandwich, I ordered an original chicken sandwich with extra tomato and cheese. They never gave me a receipt but there was a sticker on the back that said exactly what I ordered and that's what I told her so I save...
I have been coming to this location for almost 7 years now and for the last few years, I stopped going as much due to horrible service! Today I went through to get a cheeseburger and 12 mozzarella sticks cook to order and had the best service 100%! Didn't get her name but she was the manager on shift! New to this location! Very pleasant! She even gave my dog a sliver of ice cream! ?? Now that's what you call customer service!!! Was out of drive thru within minutes! ?
