Took my clients with disabilities here for a birthday party! The service was amazing. Staff was patient as we put in many different orders food was excellent. Just really have to point out just how awesome and caring and supportive the staff was! Would recommend this place 1000%
I remember when my dad would go visit my grandma in Ohio, and would fly home with 4 Cassano pizzas for us in California. And every time we'd come to Dayton, we'd head to Cassanos. Food was good, customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. They do not accept coupons in store however. I received a coupon via the mail that I had planned to use but there was not a ordering code available when placing the order. Nowhere on this mailer did it specify that the order had to be completed on their app. In fact the mailer didn't say anything at all about their app. So, I assumed I could take the coupon in and have it applied when I paid for the order.
