This place is awesome! I need to take pictures to post the next time I go. My new favorite Chinese place. The ambiance and decor is fun and interesting. It felt exotic and comforting at the same time. Everything food-wise I tried was great. Won ton soup, sweet and sour soup, spring rolls, Kung pao, Mala green beans. They have a combo deal to add a soup, fried rice and spring roll to any entree for $4. I was pleasantly shocked at not knowing about this place yet and will definitely be returning! Only criticism was the waiter was a little slow getting back to us with checks after I had finished eating and was waiting for a box.

I ordered for one of their $10.99 lunch specials, Mongolian Chicken with fried rice and Creamy Chicken Soup. A pot of hot tea was $1.50. The portion of chicken with green and white onions in brown sauce was very large and delicious but a little light on spices. Zheng-yan S. was very attentive. A wall calendar was a complimentary gift.

Food great...waiter great. The only downside was the put every customer in the literal same dining area and we were by a couple that talked so loud we couldn't have a conversation at our table. The restaurant is huge so would have been nice to spread out a little.

Best Mala Chicken in the area by far. All their food is excellent. If you haven't been to any of their locations, it's a must try for sure. Very busy .. take out is insane, the amount of people picking up is amazing.

We just ordered take out Mongolian beef and spring rolls. Got it home to eat and it had zero flavor, no spices and the meat had a wild game taste. We have ordered take out many times from this location and this was by far the worst meal I’ve had anywhere in a long time. The spring rolls tasted like straight old grease. Nothing had any flavor. I also requested sweet and sour sauce and duck sauce and was asked if I wanted extra or what was provided and I said just the normal amount that comes with the spring rolls and got none of either. Extremely disappointing and absolutely nasty.

china cottage is amazing! the food is always SO fresh and so much flavor! the cottage chicken is a must try! we always do the complete dinner it is a massive portion of chicken that comes with rice, a spring roll and your choice of soup

I wanna start off by saying the server was amazing the food was absolutely awful. We started off with crab rangoons which turned out to be the highlight of the entire meal, then we got our entrees. As you can see in the picture it’s a half sauced chicken tender with zero flavor and the “sauté” vegetables were tough and clearly not cooked even remotely enough. The white rice was cold and overall I will never come back. Food is soggy and staff genuinely don’t care, my wife’s Szechuan chicken was cold and not spicy at all! What a joke this place is.
