Had take out General Tso chicken… almost inedible. Served as a large wad of pieces that could not be cut with steak knife. Threw most away. Lo mien noodles were also wadded with no sauce. Threw most of this away. Will never order here again. A waste of money.

One word to describe my experience: SLOW!!!!!!!! Got sat and watched 3 different tables arrive, eat and leave all while i was waiting for my food. Waiter only came around twice and didn't seem to even care how bad of a job he was doing. The Rum chicken was ice cold and tasted absolutely VILE!! Will never come back.

I have to admit I was disappointed with this location today :( I used to love this China Cottage.
My go-to order has always been the Szechuan chicken, but today it was very disappointing. The chicken was soft, inside and out. Wasn't crispy at all like I remembered, and it didn't come with broccoli like it used to. The sauce tasted great! Overall though it was hard to get through, my boyfriend's sizzling steak disappointed him as well.
Loved the service, love the atmosphere, but disappointed by the food.
