I ordered and paid for 2 bowls ready for pickup at 630. When the food was almost 10 minutes late, I went to check on it and was talked to fairly unpleasantly and said something to her. My food finally was ready at7, 30 minutes late. No apologies or offers to make it right. For some reason, multiple people had to be involved. Anytime you want items missing from your order or someone else's order entirely order from this Chipotle. The staff at this location is atrociously slow and incompetent. Managers have zero accountability for mistakes and are extremely rude. This place is a joke.
The incompetence and stupidity at this location is crazy! I ordered 2 quesadillas (with salsa guacamole & white rice as sides) thru the chipotle app. When I got my order they had ONLY given me shredded cheese by itself,and brown rice.
So I took my order and went into the store to politely ask for either a refund or a remake. And they just laughed and said we don’t have tortillas that’s why we sent you only shredded cheese. And then proceeded to refuse to give a refund...read full review
