If you ever think about placing an order through DoorDash or through the website/app you are better going somewhere else. I have always placed an order for pick up and without fail it has been wrong 5 times now. They are always forgetting things or they will completely put the wrong meat on my bowl. I had a friend buy me food through DoorDash and the really messed it up. They added beans when I put NO BEANS, put chicken when I asked for steak, added fajita veggies when I didn’t not order them, forgot to put guacamole when I ordered it. At this point I believe they don’t even look at what you order and throw things into a bowl. All in all this restaurant is awful from the food to the service I have gotten in the past when going inside.

This Chipotle used to be the best around. Now the rice is crunchy more times than not. No one likes crunchy rice and it ruins the entire meal! How can Chipotle improve their quality control of the main ingredient?
Ordered a burrito bowl, but what I got was more like a burrito hole—cold, empty, and full of disappointment. The food was so cold I’m pretty sure my guac came with frostbite. And portion size? Let’s just say my fork was doing a lot of sightseeing in an empty container. If I wanted this kind of experience, I’d just eat a sad Lean Cuisine at home. “Do better, Chipotle.”

Ordered to go at 3pm on the app and they must have had the food sit out from lunch time cause my rice wasn’t even warm. The meat was warm and the portion size was not good! Why isn’t there quality control and they have someone look at the bowl at the end to see if it is good! I’m usually full or can’t even finish the bowl…. I’d rather go to another chipotle and wait an extra 10 minutes. The only good thing is that this order was ready on time.

Ok food, portions are always smaller. I assume it’s to ration for winter.
Also, I don’t know what it is about this location, but the rice is always undercooked/crunchy.
Looks like they either threw my order into the bag from across the kitchen, or they forgot to put food in half my bowl. Normally this location is okay but I’ve also received a lot of orders in the past with rice that was crunchy and undercooked and I haven’t left a bad review until now. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I really don’t like paying good money for bad orders.
A little bit cold sitting by the door. Wished we could have moved tables together to have everyone sitting together.

Missing item from an online pickup order. Tried to request a refund online and was given an offer for free chips and guacamole. There's no guarantee we will have Chipotle within the time frame of the offer (has an expiration), I wanted a refund. The online bot "Pepper" would not accommodate the request so I called the store just to get another bot on the phone. The phone bot would not accommodate a request for a refund, nor could I get a live individual on the phone from the store. Complete lack of customer service.
Update: The "owner" just replied with a link to the website's contact us. The same link to their bot "Pepper". Probably just another bot responding to this review. Lack of customer service. It's not that hard of a concept of refunding customers whe. They haven't received what they paid for.
Great food, friendly staff and lots of seating inside and out. Great place to eat!

I actually ate here twice today, and both times the people who served me were really friendly, the napkins/forks were stocked, and everything was really clean! And they hadn’t run out of any food.

This location is my favorite by far. If you ask for a big burrito they'll deliver the portions no extra charge no questions asked. They get it! We're all pressed hard for money and want the dollar to stretch a little farther. They will make it happen.

Just another bad experience at Chipotle. Started coming to this in because the one on Far Hills is so horrific. Well,this one can't keep the pop machine up to date. Petty, I know, but you are serving the public. That is called customer service. If you don't want to serve the customer, close your doors.
This store has employees eating on line. It's nasty!
