Never seen a place “temporarily close” as often as this Chipotle. In the past month, this has happened twice, and randomly in the middle of the day! This has happened at other locations too, and there’s quite literally no excuse for it.
Also, you get stiffed on the portions when you order online for pick up.

Terrible customer service and tiny portion sizes. Argumentative staff and when questioned about the 1/4 scoops they decided were enough, I was told he’s trying to promote to the next manager. This tells me they’re promoting terrible service. I will not be returning to this location and I recommend you don’t either. Terrible experience

Didn't give me the chips I asked and paid for. Chunks of fat in the steak. Rice was crunchy/overcooked. I was there less than 30 minutes after opening and there was food on the floor. Dining area was generally dirty. Several nats flew by me at the counter. Gross.

We order from this location quite a bit from online pick up. With a family of four and a busy lifestyle we utilize carry out often. They’ve forgotten numerous things such as the meat to the kids meal etc. today, was the last straw, meat forgotten Barbacoa adult meal, no fajitas in the requested veggie/fajita burrito, no veggie/fajita in quesadilla. The quesadilla was missing meat on one half and it had 2 pieces of chicken and cheese only. The wife always asks to verify everything now before I leave the store…. But today they had the items but you couldn’t see the problem until it’s too late. We won’t be ordering anytime soon from this location.

This Chipotle is like the Chipotle of old (minus the price lol). The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and the portions were amazing. All of this housed inside of the old style building with the old logo. It was almost nostalgic and I wish I lived near this one.
Just bad food nowadays. Undercooked rice and chewy steak the last two times I went.

I am so tired of ordering online Lets start with a dry bowl they send very less sour cream, literally uncooked rice and room temprarured maxican coco cola , who ever is the owner / manager should start taking matters in hand.. really this is unreasonable.

Went in last night at 9 pm they close at 11pm they had one person working the line while 3 other ppl were breaking down all the metal pans and cleaning up So why were they out of steak & chicken? None was on the grill and I was willing to wait for steak I wanted 2 bowls that was it and all I could get was a sorry mam so I had to do barboca which we didn’t like at all!!! Tasted like foam pot roast very displeased I should have left and went to the far hills location. Won’t be back to Centerville location again!!!!
