I dont eat chipotle often, went to try the new Adobo ranch at this location and they skipped it. Shows it on the ticket but they were out or forgot to include it in the order. Can't reach the store, they just hang up instantly and redirect you to customer care. Quality at this location is always poor and always an issue with the order.

We got there around what looked like the end of the shift (about 3.40 PM). The line where the burritos are assembled was filthy with food splashed all over, several food containers were visibly cross contaminated. The counter on the back of the line was also visibly dirty with food residues all over it.. The food itself tasted ok but the lack of care in the preparation area is not just off putting , it is likely a serious food safety issue

My husband just went and picked our food up there tonight and he said the cashier sat there, rubbing her arm and picking at her skin. He realized that she had a tattoo that she was rubbing Vaseline on her arm. Then went back to touching everyone’s bags and their food. Did not say thank you just push the bag across the counter and went back to picking the skin on her arm and rubbing Vaseline on her tattoo. I get so tired of seeing people in the food industry be disgusting and not washing their hands properly then doing disgusting things like this

Mason Burns is a model employee! He is always chipper and dandy, whenever I need a brown rice and black bean bowl he always gets the portions right, please hire more people like Mason he’s what this company needs.

I just had gone there after my shift at work. It was amazing Mason was the most polite worker ever and made sure I had what I wanted on my order

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after seeing someone bash the kid I had to give a shoutout to Mason, who works at the Chipotle on Wilmington pike. I come in a few times a week for lunch, and every time Mason is on shift, the experience is noticeably better.
He’s super efficient — keeps the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about getting your order right.

I highly advise to not go to this location until they have fired Mason. This kid has no common sense of what portion control looks like. Extremely poor quality of service. I asked for brown rice and black beans in my bowl and he gives me both beans when I pointed it out he simply threw away the entire order. Also, he gave me two scoops of rice in the first bowl. When he restarted, he gave me a half scoop of rice and two scoops of beans. When I asked for the hot sauce, he gave me two scoops of the hot sauce. Very unprofessional no portion control very very disappointed. I ended up throwing away the entire bowl. chipotle fire this guy, please

Chipotle is very consistent, and overall, I really like it. However, they gave me so little meat that I had to order double, and it seemed like maybe it should have been the original one serving amount. It was like half a spoonful. That was a little bit disappointing. And I'm telling you this as somebody who does not eat much meat.
Had a pick up order and whoever doing door dashes tonight should be fired ! They forgot veggies , cheese , pinto beans and lettuce ! Literally nothing in this burrito . I’m extreamly upset and disappointed . This was the worst ever and I’ll never come back . The kids meal was also wrong . We ordered chips and apple juice and they gave us chocolate milk and orange . Then they forgot my husbands veggies . Literally everyone’s order was wrong !

I was completely appalled at how this line looked when I came in at 10:45pm 15 mins until closing so they weren’t busy at all just standing around when I approached the line I couldn’t resist to ask the employee to please wipe the line before making my order because I hate when they drag my bowl or burrito through all the filth The lazy employee said “ I can just carry it, I won’t drag it through the stuff” like really that’s your rebuttal? I then insisted that she wipe the line This is something Ive encountered many times here at this location it just seem they all have no care for cross contamination in the photos you can see cheese in the sour cream corn in the green salsa and cheese in the hot salsa complete low performance and this is just the appearance the food quality was even more sub par the rice was so crunchy it almost broke my tooth the chicken was dry and cold and the romaine lettuce was 3 inches wide I don’t know what ever happened to chipotle they used to have really high standards and great food quality but over the years they have declined drastically and it’s really sadden me because I love the food when it’s actually good I just hope they get together before it too late and they put themselves out of business

It is hit or miss on how your burrito or bowl turn out. Some days it's great and some days you get the smallest amount of food in your bowl.

If you ever think about placing an order through DoorDash or through the website/app you are better going somewhere else. I have always placed an order for pick up and without fail it has been wrong 5 times now. They are always forgetting things or they will completely put the wrong meat on my bowl. I had a friend buy me food through DoorDash and the really messed it up. They added beans when I put NO BEANS, put chicken when I asked for steak, added fajita veggies when I didn’t not order them, forgot to put guacamole when I ordered it. At this point I believe they don’t even look at what you order and throw things into a bowl. All in all this restaurant is awful from the food to the service I have gotten in the past when going inside.
