Went this evening only because of a gift card I’ve had already for 3+ years. I’ve already walked out of this location once due to slow service. Heather and J made a difference this evening, though overwhelmed and clearly understaffed they were doing their best to work through in store customers and to go orders. They were friendly and kind, the ice cream was great.

On May 10th, 2024, our family visited Cold Stone Creamery. My nephew, who has a peanut and egg allergy, was recently given clearance to consume foods processed in facilities with peanuts. After reviewing Cold Stone's allergy information online, my sister-in-law determined that our nephew could enjoy the chocolate ice cream. SO many people in this review section don’t understand how difficult it is to successfully run a business when you’re understaffed. My friends and I walked in tonight (12/27/2023) around 7:30 PM, and there were only two employees working, one of which who was on his second day. Understandably, it took all of us about 40 minutes to get our ice cream, but the more experienced staff member handled everything well and with a smile, even as a party of 12 walked in behind us.
