Ordered 1 ice cream and 1 dairy free sorbet. The man scooped the chocolate ice cream then proceeded to use the same spoon to scoop out the lemon sorbet contaminating the non-dairy ice cream with chocolate ice cream as well as getting the remnants of the chocolate in mine. If you are specifically ordering the non-dairy for health reasons or any other choice be cautious. Another issue I've seen multiple times is when you order a create your own ice cream it says on the menu...

This Cold Stone is the best they always make sure to give generous portions and are quick at their job. Highly recommend! It does get very busy on the weekends and evenings so keep that in mind when going for a visit.

I have been to other locations before but not here at the Greene. I had dinner nearby and even though it was winter and cold outside, I could not resist the temptation to get some Cold Stone. I love the French vanilla ice cream with almonds and oreo mixins, and that is what I had. Sometimes I mix in caramel syrup or health bar or other flavors. The staff was very friendly.
