Absolutely delightful! Deaf Montys is a charming, cozy, relaxing little wine bar that feels less like a bar and more like visiting a friends house. The owner was behind the bar last night and is so friendly and welcoming (as is the adorable dog). The wines are fairly priced with a good variety.

Music/sound system not so great. Wines were ok; but so so. Restoration was decent. Decor a little over the top. Still, a nice place. I would go back.
