I am not sure what you have done but the pizzas are horrible. Donates used to be my favorite, then thongs changed so I started getting pizza from other providers. They were closed so I decided to try Donato again. The grit on the bottom of the pizza doesn't make sense, gets all over my clothing. The crust tastes like flour, dough and over powers everything else. I had olives, banana peppers and pepperoni. All I could taste was flour. Please go back to the way you made pizza decades ago. I just threw the rest of the pizza away it was that bad.

I watched the employees take a DoorDash order from a dasher to give to a customer in the window. Making the dasher and their customer wait even longer for them to remake the pizza. I hope you understand that the dashers are like your delivery service. Making the dasher and their customer wait. This has happened several times. Maybe work on this and think it through before your rude to dashers

The man that was at the counter was very rude, I though I had order the Oreo things and it didnt work so I was just going to order some and he got a huge attitude.. It might be best for your business to have better customers service..

We have tried this location multiple times, we live in a grey area. In Beavercreek but on the edge of Riverside. The last time we called and used the AI answering system. It took our order and our money. Never showed up, they closed at 10, we ordered at 8:45. We did get our money returned the next day. Luckily Cousin Vinnys was still open and delivered a perfect order. We tried Donatos online ordering tonight, hoping for better results then calling. Well...order was said to be 45-55 minutes away. After 90 minutes we called and were told it was out for delivery. Our order showed up about 10 minutes later, cold and no sour cream for our chicken mariachi pizza. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Bad all a round experience Bad undertrained staff Burnt pizza They were out of what I ordered and substitute something else with our refunding the difference if you pay extra for thick crust you should get a thick crust if you pay extra for a large and all they have is medium you should not be charged for a large Did come back for a refund after opening the pizza box and finding it to be totally burnt manger on duty struggled at completing this still waiting for my card to be refunded. Didn't seem to know what they were doing set the head to oven set to the wrong temperature no spicales or coupons

My wife ordered her pizza lite baked when i came inside I was greeted by the general manager after he checked me out said the pizza would be coming out of the oven soon when my wife's pizza came out he seen her pizza and before cutting it got my approval after it was a little more baked than she likes he had his workers get it re made and apologized and offered a drink for the inconvenience and yet again after he it out of the oven he made sure again to make sure it was how she liked it thank you so much for taking the time to make sure your customers are happy

This location is consistently delivering great quality food. Always hot, always correct, and always friendly. Their drive thru window is also very convenient.
Rude people on top of it.Wouldn't take Hundred dollar bill on a thirty dollar order

I ordered 3 pizzas and an order of garlic cheese bread at 6 and had it set to be delivered at 7:30 (when my partner would be home) and it did not arrive until 8:10… When it did finally arrive, it was no longer warm. The garlic cheese bread tasted like just bread… zero flavor. Only thing that saved this meal were the garlic sauce and the cheese sauce. Very disappointing use of $70 (I used a discount, if I had paid full price I’d be livid).

Pizza was good, meatballs decent but tasted like generic frozen... The wings left alot to be desired, 10 scrawny mini wings for $13! Used delivery to a hotel and was quoted an Hour, only went over by 10 minutes....

I’m a doordasher and the service here sucks. The store is literally empty and I’m not aware of any kind of online orders that they have but I’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes and they still have not given me the order which is just a large pizza, a drink and a dessert. Very POOR!!
