Linh's Bistro is a popular spot for Vietnamese food in Dayton. The shrimp with rice noodles are cooked perfectly and the portion is generous. The beef and the Pho with meatballs are great, and the sweet sour seafood soup and ca kho to (caramelize catfish) are definitely worth a try.
