I've come up here a few times at 422am and they still weren't open. Doors were locked and two cars were in the parking lot. I'm assum8ng they were inside. The service her lacks to the point I'll make the drive and go to a better one in Beavercreek. I get that it's super early (420am) but I'm also on my way to work, so we all have to adult. Its just not very welcoming.

Didn't get whole order and when I tried sandwich, bread was dry and so was sandwich. Donuts of course delicious 😋
Couldn't believe the news. You actually got rid of the chocolate creme filled donut? Crazy. Most every time I would try to get some they were sold out. What are you thinking? People obviously love them. Now they were getting stingy with the chocolate creme but to get rid of it completely is crazy. My entire office if upset. Guess we'll need to find another donut place.

rude workers… can’t get orders right… food cold, orders not complete in the bag. they have no customer support in place for people who’s orders are wrong they never give receipts out the drive thru window so that when u want to go in there and get a refund or the half of your order they forgot you can’t get shit. save urself the trouble and go to a different dunkin.

Honestly, this Dunkin used to be my go-to. But now, I think I’ll make the drive somewhere else. Thanks for the burnt sandwich, thanks for stuffing a small bag with 4 food items that could’ve been put in a different bag, thanks for the not full drink and one more thing, there’s a lady that works drive thru. Constantly has an attitude, if you don’t wanna work there then leave. But at least have better customer service.
Stopped and got a cup of coffee and it wasn't as good as the coffee I make at home but it was coffee and I put sugar into it with some cream and got a dose of caffeine.

I don’t know who keeps putting the guy with the beard on window but he is horrible. I can never get my order right even with repeating it multiple multiple times. Ridiculous. If you want something good make sure it’s a woman taking the oder.

Got donuts and coffee and the front counter girl was super nice! I like my coffee w alot of sugar and creamer and she even let me taste it to make sure it was right .which it was! Above and beyond! Wish I would of caught her name ...was there today 10/21 at 10:50am and she was on front counter!! Hopefully she will get noticed for her ?
Parking: Parking on the right side of the building (from the sidewalk) by the main door. Big parking lot that wraps around to the drive thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and big enough inside to fit a wheelchair thru with out any issues
