Always friendly people at Dutch Bros!!! My favorite coffee place.
The Broista's here rock!! We've never had a bad experience or a bad drink, everyone is always cheerful! We just stopped by on a drop day and despite the chaos Alexa, Laney, and Tatiana were still all smiles and good moods. We drive specifically to this location for the service, and we've never left with anything but smiles and satisfied stomachs!
Dutch bros is in my top 3 favorite drink places for sure. The drinks arw always delicious and the workers are always kind! I also enjoy the surprise stickers and random gifts. Highly recommend!

Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular coffee stand, new to Ohio, with many customers excited for its arrival. The coffee is generally considered pretty good, with a quality product and personalized options that are superior for the area. Many love the drinks, and the summer is described as a whole vibe. The staff is consistently noted as great, awesome, and friendly, with workers coming out to help customers directly.
However, the most frequent criticism across reviews is the extremely long and slow wait time, often described as astronomical and insanely long. The drive-thru line can be very long, sometimes causing waits of around 35 minutes with cars backed up to the street. This is attributed to the recent opening, potential staffing issues, and sometimes having only one worker outside managing both lanes. Some feel the wait makes the good product not worth it, especially in cold winter months.
A few specific drink issues were mentioned, including a holiday cookie ice latte with coffee grounds at the bottom, making it bitter, and other drinks sometimes lacking flavor or tasting over-extracted. The parking is also noted as a little tight. Many customers appreciate the option to order ahead on the app for pickup, which helps manage the wait, and some suggest more online ordering and patio seating as solutions. Despite the wait times, the overall sentiment is positive, with customers eager for more locations to open closer to home.
