Never had a bad experience at this restaurant chain until today. Really bad service !
Went to the Dayton Mall location, while talking to my friend about an emotional issue, my food got cold. I asked if they could warm up my food , but was told by an unfriendly waitress ( not the one who served my table) they had no microwave. Then l was told by my waitress who was apologetic that they could make me a new plate but l would have to pay for a second meal. Very poor service.
My daughter & I went here for brunch. It was hands down the best brunch I've ever consumed in my life!
