I was craving a Frisch's Big Boy and cup of chili. I decided to place an order through the app. I went in to pick up my food and I was met by very friendly staff members. This is my favorite Frisch's besides the Mainliner. I got home and discovered my order was accurate and hot. I haven't had a Big Boy sandwich in a long time and it tasted so good! Such an iconic sandwich. In my opinion, Frisch's has some of the best chili! Overall, a great meal and experience. Great job to the Bellbrook, Ohio staff.

We have been coming here for many years. The food is always very good. The onion rings are the best I have eaten. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The restaurant and its restrooms are always clean. This restaurant is completely handicap and wheelchair accessible in all aspects, including large handicap stalls in the restrooms with grab bars and other assistance aids. For the children, there are booster chairs, high chairs, activity sheets, a special children's portion of the menu with kid friendly choices, and even curly straws. It is a comfort and pleasure to come to such a family-friendly restaurant that provides consistently good food in a clean and friendly setting.
Kid-friendliness: Special kid-friendly section of menu with kid-favorite food options. There are plenty of booster seats and high chairs. Kids receive extra friendly attention, including curly-Q straws for beverages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp, easy access through wide glass doors, wide aisles between tables, tables easily accommodate wheelchair seating, and restrooms have large handicap accessable stalls with special safety accommodations.
Jasmyne was very attentive, the food came out fast, hot and accurate! We will definitely be back to this location!

My wife and I stopped at Frischs Big Boy for nostalgia sake. Frankly, I was surprised they were still around. Honestly, this dining experience was disappointing. Sandwiches - Big Boy and chicken sandwich were subpar. They were prepared fine, just not good. Onion rings were good.
The restaurant was not busy. The server was not on their "A" game they were friendly. Even though they were not really busy, they appeared understaffed. Booth seat had crumbs.
Our overall experience was at best, just OK. At least I got to see the Ol Big Boy one last time.
It's old fashioned and very personable. You have in the front, a diner setting of single seats and a bar. There are the usual bench seats and single seats with tables too. They have a salad bar with a lot of other choices besides soup and salad fixings. The decor is very comfortable and has a hometown feel. If you're looking for a place to eat something lite or filling, or maybe just to get some pie and coffee with an old friend, this place is definitely set for you. Also, if you need a place to get something that covers different palates of those young and old, you will find the happy medium here.
