If we could give 0 stars we would. We waited in the drive thru just to place an order for about 20 minutes. Then place our order, waited another 5-8 minutes for our food. The girl slammed the receipt in my husbands hand. We got our food, they gave of us two of the same burgers, instead of what we requested. We requested one grilled cheeseburger & one bacon cheeseburger. She took the sandwich to have it corrected, and then we gave her the receipt to make sure our payment was corrected, another guy came and gave us $2 back and said is there something else? No sorry, etc…. They gave us the new cheeseburger without the bacon on it. My husband requested his pop (the only drink we ordered) without ice, it had ice in it. When the guy said to us rather rudely if there was something else, my husband just said the burger that was corrected was supposed to have bacon on it didn’t and we were tired of waiting. Ridiculous, the most horrible service we’ve ever experienced and we will not be back. There was also no one in line behind us so it’s not like they were rushing either.

Good stuff! I live in Cincinnati and we no longer have Hardee’s in the area. Whenever I’m in Dayton, I like to stop by here and get some of their food either a cheeseburger or their chicken tenders, which are really good actually and also their ham and Swiss things like that. Love their apple pies. It’s just good stuff and different from what we havedown the highway.

I literally go to get me a five piece chicken tender meal and they refried some tenders they've been sitting there all day why and I was going to turn around but I don't even feel like going through it $11 for a meal that you refried tenders 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I was impressed with how nice the staff was, haven't been in at least a couple years but way better staff.
We had bad/ rude service at Burger King and left, came to Hardees and had great service and food. I believe the gentleman at the window was named Dallis. Very friendly. Saw the bad comments on here and there was planety of bad. We went three mornings in a row for breakfast and had great service from this worker and good food each time.
