I initially had a poor experience at this location because my order was incorrect and the service was lacking. However, when I returned to speak with the manager, they kindly remade my order fresh. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful.
Fast, crispy fries. Birger was good. Patties were not cookss to order. It is fast food. And it came fast. No ketchup for the fries, they said they were out. No offer to make a side cup. Kinda lame.
I don't know anything about the menu other than the mushroom Swiss burger. This is one of the last Hardee's around that I know of, and it needs protecting. Staff is friendly and fast with their service, the food is hot fresh and good. And when you ask for extra sauce you actually get extra sauce, unlike some places when you ask for extra and you get none.
