My wife ordered me a cake for my birthday. I love carrot cake, but it’s hard to find a good one. Not something that seems to be too common any longer… Long story short, this was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. Very moist, good texture from the nuts and a little soft pop from the carrots. Simply Amazing!! !

Daniel’s cookies really bake my cookies. Anything I’ve had from him for that matter. I’ve been lucky enough to get a few samples here and there. Also, just the nicest dude and it comes through in everything he makes. I’m gonna need to holla at some sourdough. Had no idea!
I’ve had almost everything Ida’s has to offer and each time it has been among the best I’ve had! My favorites are the pound cake, banana nut bread, and ANYTHING peanut butter! You can’t go wrong with any of them and Daniel is an also an A+ human being!
