Jj fish and chicken Gettysburg and Prescott

Went to drive through. Service was quick and painless.

Didn’t receive half my order, for what I did receive it was entirely wrong. All sides were wrong.

I want to warn others about my experience at JJ’s Fish & Chicken on Gettysburg & Prescott in Dayton. I ate chicken and fries from this location, and about 5–7 hours later, after waking up and getting to work I became very sick. I experienced nausea and vomiting, and when burping or vomiting, I could taste what seemed like old grease, and a stale taste similar to rancid oil or stale cereal (Cheerios).

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad reaction after eating here; a few months ago I felt similarly unwell after eating the same food, though I didn’t connect it at the time. The consistency of these reactions makes me concerned about food handling practices or how the frying oil is managed at this location.

I’m sharing this so others are aware: if you are sensitive to food quality or want to avoid the risk of food-related illness, you may want to choose a different place. I hope management seriously reviews their food safety practices and fryer oil rotation

Nasty don't eat nothing in there they have mice with white spots on them like a disease and the manager seen them and just laughed when I say I ran up out of there no orders I will never go in there to eat anything it's nasty dirty their not cleaning and drop food on the floor and pick up and still cook it you will be food poison don't eat here I don't care how cheap it is .

The food is horrible.Dont tip them.They don't get the order right.I tipped them 5 dollars and they got the order wrong.The service is not good at all.Dont tip them because when you get home the order is gonna be wrong.

Today I had to go to the dentist to have my tooth pulled due to hard cooked okra. The chicken was cooked hard too. This was my first and last bad experience with JJ. The quality of food has changed and the cook needs to learn how to fry food right.

We order here at least once or twice a week at my job. We all order something a little different and everything there that I've had has been delicious. The food is always fresh, I mean fresh fresh. The chicken is always so juicy and our food is always made right. I get professional friendly service when I'm in there weather it's from the gentleman that does orders/ cash or the sweet fellow that runs the kitchen and makes the food.
Also they keep everything clean and orderly as well. You don't have any confusion where you're picking up or receiving your food. They even have tasty sweets!

We used JJ’s for our son’s graduation party and it was a hit. The wings and fries were great, everyone wanted to know where they were located and how to order…we will definitely be using in the future for big and small events. Thank you Manny and staff

I did door dash i asked for my fish to be friend extra hard extra lemon pepper and BBQ on fries they charged me $9 that is insane
