About Jollity

Jollity offers an inviting atmosphere and attentive staff, serving fresh, intentionally-crafted menu items. The way the employees work together and communicate to meet the needs of customers is top notch. Whether celebrating a special occasion or seeking a casual bite, this Dayton gem provides a New York City-inspired vibe with a modern aesthetic—clean lines, mood lighting, and just enough buzz to feel energetic without drowning out conversation. Standout dishes include the Brussel Sprouts appetizer, the Koji Aged Ribeye topped with Togarashi Butter, and the surprising Kimchi Pancake with shiso and wasabi remoulade. The Koji Burgers are also a highlight, praised for being hot, fresh, and delicious. The menu is refreshingly concise, and the drink selection strikes a perfect balance with wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Large groups feel welcome, and the rotating menu keeps the experience fresh and eclectic. Staff was extremely friendly, and the wait for food was very quick. The Koji burger with spuds was absolutely delicious, with a great sear and unbelievable flavor. The onion rings are highly praised for being fluffy, airy, and flavorful, tasting almost like there was horseradish dusted on top. Customers find the burgers delicious and the onion rings the best ever, making each visit a memorable experience. While some potatoes may be a little crunchy, every bite remains tasty, creating a one-of-a-kind dining spot that is not to be missed.
