Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes with 4 employees standing right there. No one helped. Decided to call the store and let them know they had customers at the front. Was given an attitude about it. Took another 20 minutes to get the food. When it was wrong, an attitude was given and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Finally got someone to remake the order but yet again waited over 10 minutes and yet another attitude was given. Definitely don't waste your time on this place. The employees are rude as can get.

I went in the KFC restaurant at 10:33am. Stood in front of the counter for ten minutes and no one helped me. Keep in mind an employee walked back and forth and saw me, Didn’t even say a word. Maybe a “We’ll be there with you in a moment” would’ve been nice!

You don’t even deserve a star. How can your customers wait an hour inside and you serve food with a nasty attitude. And you’re a manager? We will not be back which I’m sure many people say this as well. Your attitude towards customers is disgusting! How is this a famous bowl? More like a bowl of gravy with a few chunks of chicken and a sprinkle of corn. There’s barely any potatoes in it. When I asked for my biscuits you say to the workers in the back “she’s waiting for biscuits she can wait behind everyone else” how should I have to wait while you’re literally making chicken and the biscuits are made. Definitely will not be back. Word of mouth will not work in your favor. Your job isn’t just to stand at the drive thru window.

Just don’t. Waited in the parking lot 55 minutes for a 6pc meal. This is the quality you receive. Never again. If we hadn’t already paid $40 would have left.

Didn't stay open till 11 like they said I pulled up at 10:55 and they told me they were closed
I came in to get dinner for me and my daughter. Ordered online before I went took about 10 min to get there app said my order was ready when I went in they said 10 min they was waiting on chicken while I sat there waiting I watched employees take 3 drive thru orders outside ( nobody was waiting outside when I showed up) finally after waiting in the store for at least 20 min I finally got my order I did the survey to file a complaint 4 days later and haven't heard anything back yet so until it is made rite I am officially boycotting all KFC restaurants.
Stopped while traveling from FL to KY then to MI. We got yelled ( not kidding, loud, obnoxious, completely smart mouth tone) at for coming in to order by (assuming the manager) woman giving commands to the other employees. Told not enough employees we should have ordered online or gone through drive thru. There were 8 people ordered before us. 1 gentleman (told us he'd been there at least 15 minutes before we got there) was told he never ordered, that no one ever took his order, he told them they gave it to someone else, then they changed it to it got lost. 2 (ordered before we even got there) were still waiting after we finished eating, and a lady came in from drive thru which was supposed to be faster (items left off her order). When 1 guy's order was called ( there way before me), realized we had matching orders and they had given me mine first?.
The lady returned with the guy's "lost" order as a wrong order.
To be fair the young employees that were called from the back to take orders were extremely nice, friendly, and professional.
Good or not way too much drama for some chicken and mashed potatoes.
