Best fast food experience since moving to Dayton two years ago, don’t write reviews good or bad really. The young guy taking drive thru orders needs a raise. Super nice on the intercom is rare now a days with fast food. 10/10

Two days in a row that they haven't had any original recipe chicken. How does a chicken place have no chicken.... In all honesty they had tenders today... I guess that is something.... Yesterday they didn't have anything.

At the drive thru, black female opened the window. A majority of her belly showing as shirt wasn't tucked in. Never looked at me or spoke a word. Just handed me a bag out the window and then shut it and walked away. I run a restaurant. These aren't the type of people that help raise sales

20 minute wait only ended when I approached and asked what I ordered that took so long. 16 piece meal with 3 fries and 1 mac and cheese. Apparently they were waiting for thighs... I'd have been happy with any pieces after 10 minutes. I'm curious how long they would have let my flashing timer progress if I hadn't asked about it. They seem to start flashing red at 3 minutes... but that doesn't seem to matter to them.
Food was alright, one wing was very dry and chewy, the drumsticks were all miniature. Thighs were great lol. In the final rush, no butter or sauces, but I'll take that one on me.
Friendly staff, but not equipped to resolve service delays.

KFC has really went down hill. Was very disappointed in this. For twenty-one dollars 8 Pieces .The chicken wasn't good!!!

They need to put the special country fried steak on the kiosk. After failing to find it, went to the counter+ was ignored for 5 minutes then decided to go through drive through...another good 10 minute wait... ridiculous

Friendly staff but it’s the least busy location around to be so slow and not have fresh food. Fries are always dead. Not even just a little old but ALWAYS super dry. You’re only getting fresh food if they have to drop it or run out of something.
