About 2 months before my wedding, my venue informed me that the caterer we had booked a year prior was not acceptable. In this short of notice I was able to get in touch with Kohler and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. As the bride i was already stressing, I worked with Nikka and she was amazing. She was so supportive and made sure that we got the food we wanted for our wedding day even on such short notice.
