The general manager at this location hates being here and it shows. The customer service is minimal at best rude and neglectful at worst. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do. No one wants to be there customers and the people that work there. Until the culture (starting at the top) changes it's going to remain the same inside and outside of the store. I remember when this was a good store.
they've really done a lot to turn this place around. it's still a bit dated as far as looks are concerned. considering the fact that I live in Trotwood and do not drive, this is the easiest store to get too. even though the Englewood store is slightly closer, it takes longer to get their on RTA. Kroger also had some good sales with digital coupons.

Little upset today that there was no notice of the new hours of this location. I was told that they open up a 7 am now so I hope that my review helps those who patronize this location.
