Since I moved to Dayton, Lee's Famous Recipe was my place to go. On Troy St. One time, I ordered the 12pc family meal, but only received 10pcs. I let it go. On 10/23/24 @ 11:48am, I ordered the 12pc Famous dark meat, chicken only and again received 10 pcs. I had to go to work and had no time to go back for 2 pcs of chicken. Whoever is serving the drive-thru customers and mis-counting the pcs, I wish you diarrhea for the rest of your life. Enjoy your stolen chickens. ...
I stopped in a few weeks back to pick up a Wednesday special (IYKYK) for my grandmother and she wanted 2 thighs / 1 breast with green beans and potato salad. They were out of the potato salad and I commented on the size of one of her thighs. The manager was kind/ pleasant and addressed my concern promptly. While it is refreshing to no longer have to wait 20 minutes for a dine in meal, improvement is still needed. Drink station needs a desperate cleaning and sanitizing, but honestly this time around it was way better. Keep improving, food was hot and fresh. Good job keep growing.
