Went on a Sunday afternoon. Everything my fiance and I got was hot and fresh, especially the fried pickles. The cashier on duty was polite and thorough. Place was clean, just outdated like most Lee's buildings are Got some free entertainment watching the MOD tell off a dude who wanted a replacement meal for a previous day without a receipt

Went inside to place a takeout order asked for it to be made fresh. The cashier was rude along with the female employee. Waited approximately 15-20 minutes for the fresh chicken and livers, just to get home and it was cold, hard, and dry. They wouldn't answer the phone. Went back to the store to fix the order and the female employee & cook were rude calling us liars. The cook was threatening to do physical harm in the back parking lot to my husband. The on duty manager didn't say anything to his rude employees and let the cook continue. Don't go to this Lee's. You'll get disgusting food and rude service, possibly threatened if you ask for a refund or to make your order correct. I have this whole encounter on video! They were calling the cook Joe. Edit: This is a response to Joe. It won't let me send the videos because the files are too large.

This was my first time coming here and I had a very good experience. The people were very, very nice and the food was very good. It tasted Just like how it supposed to taste nice fresh good and hot I will give them a 10 out of 10 I will be coming back

Stopped to pick up dinner today got the 3 piece with 2 side and a biscuit. I'm extremely disappointed. The chicken they have given me looks sick and decrepit. No meat just bone and burnt crush. I have a Picture of this disappointed. A leg thigh and wing when it was to be a breast thigh and wing the size of all three is the size of 1 normal drum stick. This is a disgusting.

Everything was great except the AI robot ordering charged me almost 20 bucks for gizzards and small green beans no drink no biscuit a human would of given me the meal with two sides for less.

This location is definitely not the best. The workers, especially the man named Aaron, were so rude and disrespectful just because they had to do his job. I started to put my order in, and he literally stopped me in the middle of it just to ask why I was even here. lol, I guess, saying my order wasn't a good enough answer. The food was also cold and rock hard. I will definitely never go to this location again!

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken is a unique thing to the southwest Ohio region. They have some really great items on their menu. Be sure to use the app and look for the white chicken chili that appears once a year or so.
