Ordered many times from this store using McD app. About 50% of times, they get the order wrong (Missing drinks, fries, wrong items, etc). Also, they are very slow....

It has seriously gone down hill over the past few months! I’m going to a different location from now on. Every order has either had plastic silverware in my food, or something completely different from what I ordered! And they have stopped giving receipts, even when asked they rolled their eyes and pull it out of the trash- so our surveys aren’t even doing anything!!! The staff has gotten rude!

We walked in and the girl in the grey goosebumps hoodie was at the counter listening to music and making TikTok videos. The entire time I was here she walked around playing music and doing this.

Came to the drive thru for a pick up order, took 10 minutes to reach the window from the speaker. Was told the order wasnt ready yet and to pull up to the waiting area. Sat in the waiting spot for 20 minutes before calling the store and no one answered. Ridiculous.

This mcdonalds makes me want to CRY! If you ask for anything off your burger, it will be on there and vice versa. Actual tears!!
Placed a mobile order. Was told to park in spot 3 and they would bring it to me. I waited for over 10 minutes. Some guy tried to hand me an order that wasn’t mine. He went back in and my food never came. I called the store from my car and they said they gave my order to someone else by accident and had switched the grill so they couldn’t make my order. They couldn’t refund it because I used the app. They said I could come in for a cash return but my lunch break was over and I had to get back to work. They literally just left me sitting out there knowing they weren’t bringing me food. Idk how long it would have been if I hadn’t called.cant even file a complaint because I don’t have a receipt.

I was pulling up to wait for my cookies and while pulling up i watched someone pull fries out of someone’s bag and eat them and then go and deliver the food to the person in the car
