Makayla and the other taker with the blue braids was handling the Drive thru great. Last night about 11:50 almost 12 midnight. Harshman is always doing something around that time and your store was a line around the building. It would be nice if harshman said something to there customer's. I was one of your Manager's at the S. Dixie location back at the end of 2016. Medical reasons made me have to stop working. Order 2 orders of pancakes. Biscuits and gravy. No syrup, butter, plasticware. Asked for plasticware and gave me one set.? Acted like It was putting her out to give me plasticware. Where is customer service. This McDonalds should just close if that’s the best they can do.
This McDonald's can never get an order right then wasn't to get RUDE with costumers and act like it's our fault. Messed up TWO of my orders within 24 hours learned my lesson and will be going to LINDEN location for FRIENDLY service. ZERO STARS, I don't even think they can do anything to improve that store.
