Ordered 4 items @ the kiosk at 645pm stood in the lobby waiting for my food. There were more than 6 employees in the back. One young lady came in from outside and clocked in, never once asked if we had been helped or needed anything. I had opted to pay in cash at the kiosk and when the employee came into the lobby she asked if I was waiting for a cup I said no just waiting for my food. THIS IS THE ONLY TACO BELL IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY WORTH GOING TO!!! The good is always so fresh and well made.
Dear Michelle Beasley, Chief Operating Officer of Taco Bell. I wish you had walked into this Taco Bell today, June 23 at 2:20pm to see the brown creature that was lurking in the men's toilet - looked like it had been living there long enough to start paying rent - or the food littered tables, all while having a whole 4 customers in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru.
