Could someone explain to me why in this store you go to pick up an order at 20° F at 1 AM and you go through Drive Thru they tell you get off and come inside WHAT IS THE DAMN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU GIVING IT TO ME OUT THE WINDOW AND IF I ENTER THE STORE? The reason for my bad review today is because I have been going to this restaurant regularly since I moved to the area months ago. The food is usually fine, there are mistakes and rude employees here and there like at every restaurant, no big deal though. I put in an application online & had an interview not long after. Makayla and the other taker with the blue braids was handling the Drive thru great. Last night about 11:50 almost 12 midnight. Harshman is always doing something around that time and your store was a line around the building. It would be nice if harshman said something to there customer's.
