Makayla and the other taker with the blue braids was handling the Drive thru great. Last night about 11:50 almost 12 midnight. Harshman is always doing something around that time and your store was a line around the building. It would be nice if harshman said something to there customer's. I was one of your Manager's at the S. Dixie location back at the end of 2016. Medical reasons made me have to stop working. Very seldom do I dine in. The drive through for me is moving as it should. Drive through service at times is excellent. The staff have always been nice. And orders are excellent then once in a while you will get that bag. But they will fix the problem

Another customer had issues with missing sauce and was asked to pay more, leading to frustration. Long wait times are common, especially at night, with nearly 25 minutes in the drive-thru for hot chocolate, which also often lacks the whipped cream that should be included. The night crew has been described as very slow, and orders frequently arrive wrong, making visits frustrating despite previous attempts to see if it was just an off day.
