Usually speedy in drive thru. Now charges 25¢ for a large water, just so you know. Rarely ever got a wrong order at this one. Girl with pink hair in drive thru seems always friendly.It's gonna take a while inside though. They don't keep an eye on the counter. My preferred McDonald's out of the surrounding 6.

No clue what the food tastes like staff is terrible. If you don't want to wait on customers why be there. Had no problem waiting on the three ladies before me but when I asked for customer service at the desk got none then was told to leave because I was upset. I recommend any place else

Sent my husband to get late night order (open 24 hours). He placed order online. Went to pick it up and they said they are "down" for 30 minutes and then start selling breakfast. Why did the system accept the order and payment then? Now we're without our order, that we paid for, and have to wait for a refund!

Save your money, time & frustration by avoiding this McDonald's.Third time going through the drive through to be pulled up to the "3rd window" to save their made up drive thru time, to then be given the wrong food or only half my order, forcing me to have to park my car and go inside. Upon entering the gentleman who brought me my food tells me I need to wait for him to take my order. Sir, you just gave me my food. I need you to correct the order I already ordered. Dude still decided to walk off. Thankfully a nice woman helped and corrected the issue, while the manager I've now encountered multiple times stands there staring at me.Maybe she should worry more about the quality of the orders leaving her drive thru window over quantity. But then again it will no longer be my problem as this was my last time going here.

Ordered steak egg and cheese McMuffin on kiosk and didn't realize they had the bagel back. The manager and employees were very friendly super sweet and I mentioned it to her that I didn't know it was back and she offered to change it for me no problem. She had a very friendly personality, nice and accommodating and a good attitude. She made sure everything was good for me even though she didn't have to because that wasn't what I originally ordered, and she did it with a genuine smile on her face. I have never written a review on a fast food place as it usually seems silly, but felt compelled to today, as it was the best and friendliest customer service I've ever had at a McDonald's and all the employees were friendly, turning a gloomy rainy yucky day into a better brighter experience. Thanks y'all!

Could someone explain to me why in this store you go to pick up an order at 20° F at 1 AM and you go through Drive Thru they tell you get off and come inside WHAT IS THE DAMN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU GIVING IT TO ME OUT THE WINDOW AND IF I ENTER THE STORE? (I think the only one is that you are making me uncomfortable) and the idiot who said this is an excellent decision that will benefit customers, I will tell you YOU ARE A STUPID FOOL, it is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, it is the same product that al In the end you are going to deliver, I go to all the McDonald's in the area and I have not seen this stupid action that they do in this place

The reason for my bad review today is because I have been going to this restaurant regularly since I moved to the area months ago. The food is usually fine, there are mistakes and rude employees here and there like at every restaurant, no big deal though. I put in an application online & had an interview not long after. The manager, Courtney, asked me to go ahead and start the orientation process immediately after interviewing me. I asked if it would be okay for me to come in a different day for orientation as I had someone waiting in the car for me and I had a doctor appointment that day as well and wasn't expecting to be asked to do orientation right away. She said that was fine and that she would call me the following day with a date. After not hearing from Courtney the following day, I called the store almost every day after that to try to get my orientation scheduled, however every time I called the employee on the phone would say she was not there that day & to call again tomorrow morning. This went on for about a week (she just wasnt there for a whole week? or someone was lying for her) until I finally reached Courtney today. I politely asked her what the steps were moving forward and she rudely told me to hold on. I overheard her talking with another employee while she was away from the phone, saying "I'm so irritated". She then picked the phone back up and told me in a snarky tone that she will call me if she wants me. Really? I don't understand why Courtney couldn't have told me at the interview she wasn't interested instead of giving me the impression that she was. I then asked to revoke my application and she said okay and hung up on me. I'm not normally the type to write a review and I'm sure I will find a much better place to work than Mcdonalds, but this was extremely disheartening to me and I don't understand why Courtney couldn't have given me the respect of letting me know I did not have a job there the day she interviewed me. The employees there regularly seem like they couldn't care less about being there and now I see why... I might have dodged a bullet there. Regardless, I will now be visiting another location from now on. Thanks for nothing!
