No communication through the window, not one word. No straws, food was made incorrectly, food was not even cut… I try to only leave positive reviews but when you spend 30 dollars and can’t eat half of it it’s kind of disappointing.. :(

The food is always kinda old. Like they cooked everything 30-60 minutes before you ordered.I ordered a breakfast box from them last week, and it was not very good.I was going to give them another try this morning, but upon opening the app to order, I see just this week they raised the price of the breakfast box by another dollar, to make it $6.99.It's not worth it anymore, so I went to McDonald's across the street for real value. I don't mind paying a little more for the big breakfast with hotcakes and a drink at hardly $1 more than the breakfast box because McDonalds emphasizes cooking food to order as frequently as possible, while Taco Bell is happy to allow lazy employees to pre-cook hash browns an hour before you get it.This breakfast box was $5 in 2021. It's now $7. Sorry, but even though you haven't exactly priced me out, there are just far better options now for the same price.

Placed an Uber Eats order for 2 bean burritos with sour cream, Lettuce, and Guacamole. When I got them no add ons were there, and when I called the store, the manager said that it was never on the order, except I have the Uber Ears receipt showing the add ons. These giys in my opinion need to lay off some greens.

Food was cold. Barely put a drop of meat on the tacos but filled to the brim with lettuce! You pay $4.19 for a 5 layer burrito that only had beans in it! Make it make sense??
