Was told I had to order on the kiosk so I did and I entered my table number as I was told to. Food never arrives. I go to the front counter to find out where my food is and it’s just sitting there with the ticket number attached matching my table number with five employees huddled around behind the counter, just joking around and talking. I asked why my bag has been sitting here and not brought to the table like the kiosk said it would the guy just looks at me turn back around as I was talking to his friends. I will not be returning to this location.

Black chick with the green color in her hair had a major attitude. Usually they ask what the code is when we say we have the code, so we were waiting on her to tell us she was ready for it but she had a major attitude and just was really rude. Then we were trying to get out of the line because we already had our stuff and my finances truck is giant so we can’t really tell how close we are to hitting someone unless we are a little bit away and she just acted like we were stupid. There’s a reason she works at McDonald’s honestly. No good job will hire her with that attitude.

I sat in the drove thru for 15 minutes and i called and they said they only had 3 people working and they will get to the drive thru when they can then on e i get my two meals the qpc was cold and the big mac only had 1 patty on it

Waited 18 min after my order was taken for a plain double cheese burger. Got it, went to car to leave, got kids sandwiches out and had everything on it.

I requested a Dulce de Leche frappe. A young female cashier said, "We're out of it." So I requested a frappe with Oreo, and she replied, "Our machine is down." I replied, "Or perhaps someone just doesn't want to clean it." She replied, "Or maybe it's down," and she walked away arrogantly. The on-duty manager walked inside with cigarette breath wafting in my face. I asked for a frappe, but he said, "The machine is down." Rude service and filthy bathrooms.
Parking: This McDonald's closed off their semi parking lot. Truckers are obviously not welcomed here.

Came to this location this morning around 7 o’clock this morning, and the little girl that you guys had working in the drive-through was extremely rude. She’s very slow on taking orders and then she proceeded to get an attitude and even cuss at me I will never ever eat at your establishment again because this is what you guys are. She represents you guys and if that’s what you guys are I will never be at your location again Today is December 10 and I will never eat at this location
This location is horrible. Unfortunately, it's the closest to my home, and I often stop for coffee. This location makes it a habit to pull the majority of cars up to wait for their order to be brought out. In most cases, all the spots reserved for this are taken, and i find myself driving around the building. Some of the employees are quite rude because I've now begun to decline pulling up and waiting for my food at the window. The manager then comes out asking me again to pull forward, and when u decline, he gets rude as well. I come on my lunch break, and I'm late getting back to work every time. I'm paying nearly $5 for a McCafe coffee that is often made incorrectly. I tried going in to order, and it's no better as they prioritize the drive thru, and my wait is often longer. I've reached out several times to the email posted and also visited the website for the Godlove locations, filled out the form twice, and still no response. Things have seemed a bit better in my recent visits so hopefully my complaints didn't fall on deaf ears

Seemed the staff was too focused on the drive thru and didn't have enough people working to even adequately pay attention to walk in customers. I waited ten (10) minutes before someone even acknowledged me then took my order while this same person, and two others, walked right in front without saying a word. Very sad that people don't understand that when customers STOP coming in due to rude or inattentive employees, revenue drops, meaning hours get cut and possibly even employees being terminated. Guess this is what customers should start expecting when people feel they are "entitled."

These workers just set my food on the counter, with out telling me here's your order. They were rude and never thanked me or offered me to come back.

They never give anything right. It takes them ten minutes to serve one car. And when you get the food, it's still nasty and wrong.
