Stopped by here to secure my granddaughter a meal while on vacation. We had a little bit of difficulty in ordering in the drive through line and a fairly short wait but food was decent enough 👌
They never got my order right the food was cold. I had to ask 3 times to get. Someone to give me my fries and 5hey were old and hard

McDonald's should be ashamed of this store. July 10th, 7:15pm worst service ever. waited 35 minutes for two cups of coffee. everybody was waiting a long time. customers ask for the money back. manager said they would even wait longer for your money back. I've seen 4 customers just gave up, couldn't get your money back, they finally left. I completely lost it when I see my order disappear from the board, without me getting my products. business fraud, manager should be in jail. we tried to explain to the staff. there were at least 15 of us like that. it wasn't that busy, only the drive-thru got any service. there seemed like plenty of staff. many people did not even get their order after paying. Managers should be fired and jailed.

Every time I go to this location (I only go to this location if I have no other choice or in a rush), the food order is never correct. I usually have a special order due to an allergy. It never fails I order, check my reciept and that is correct, but the food is NEVER prepared and given to me correct. My most recent visit has caused me to never go again. I will take my business elsewhere.
This is one of my favorite McDonald’s to visit. Food is always good fast and fresh. Staff is friendly. And my order has always been correct.

Rude employees, automatically rude as soon as I pull up to drive thru speaker. Pulled me for a drink waited 2 seconds for it when I pulled up , they could have handed it to me at window instead they pull me . Then made my frappe wrong and argued with me about it

I placed a Doordash order today and they let some random person take it with no confirmation, and then told my dasher (who had been waiting for close to 20-25 mins that they didn’t have my order. I tried calling them myself and the person who answered the phone said they could barely hear me and hung up on me without even trying. Terrible service.
