I went through the drive through after work which I get home at 11:30pm, because of this location and how slow they are, I didn’t get home until midnight, I waited about 25 minutes for some cookies, which I know only takes 2 minutes to cook since I’ve worked at McDonald’s before, honestly ridiculous I had to wait that long just for some cookies, and what’s worse is I heard the lady who took my order call it out before turning her mic off so they had plenty of notice before I got to the window with the other cars in front of me 🙄🙄

I know dang well they didn’t even try to Mix my ice coffee it was nasty then the person who took my order had no customer service at all yall managers who are working the floor need to do better it’s not acceptable for your crew to have ugly faces they didn’t even smile I literally spent six dollars on that coffee and I had to throw it away because your people acted like they were too lazy to do their jobs if they don’t like their jobs quit cause McDonalds is supposed to be about putting your customers first and also friend fast service it’s just disgusting how they act and how rude they are when they took my order I wish I could give them a 0

Got an iced coffee from them today. It tasted like spoiled milk. I only had a few sips before deciding something was definitely spoiled and tossing it. Now I have an upset stomach. Health department needs to check this place out. If they’re serving people spoiled food they should be shut down.
