Old scratch does not disappoint! I was gutted when Brussel Crowe was taken off the regular menu, but it’s back this month (10/2024) as the special. This pizza is hands-down the best pizza combo I’ve ever eaten, and I eat a ton of pizza. I highly recommend trying this limited time only pizza- if you think you won’t like Brussel sprouts on your pizza, please, trust me, you will.
I’m not sure why my wife likes it so much. It’s about 80+ percent bread. Then a thin brushing of sauce. Minimal cheese. Next to no toppings. The pizza is about 1/16th of an inch thick with multiple burnt bread bubbles with no sauce or cheese or toppings on it at all. I can’t ever feel full after eating here. It’s very consistently skimpy. I think it’s a rip off. The profit margin must be ridiculous.
Traveling through the area and wanted an local dinner stop off the highway. This place was a great find!! Pizza was delicious! Beer was also yummy! Big kudos to them for the help learning which local beer fit my taste! The ice cream cone was a bonus!
