If you really enjoy taking your sweet time in life and having your ordered messed up this is your place to go! It took 2 minutes to get two bowls of soup and another 15 minutes to get a piece of bread cut. There is also a lack of understanding related to orders and employee tasks. Hopefully this is something that will improve in this store. The food is good and the store is nice, but oh goodness.

I would like to know what the potholes are all about on the road coming out of Panera bread I put my tire tires. I just got in August if anyone else popped their tire or screwed up their car almost potholes. Let me know on here we’ll get together and we’ll have a case to bring to whoever the hell owns that road. It’s probably I’m thinking it’s Panera. Those potholes are horrible.

I got a muffin, it was pretty tasty, AND I watched Bluey while eating it ALSO I got a Dr Pepper so 10/10 day for me. If it weren’t for that muffin I would be hungry and have nothing to eat while watching bluey.
Side note: you are never to old for bluey✌️

I ordered delivery. Very scant chicken on my sandwich and the other side was an after Thought. As much as your meals cost one would expect quality.if I was on location I would've returned it. Treat delverys the same as in house. Sad sad order. I will NOT order again. You all deliver to so many churches for communion. Step up and make it right. All I wanted was a toasted frontega sandwhich which was horribly scant. Embarrassed for you.

Upon calling in to complain I found out that Panera does not seal drinks that are sent out for delivery. This is how drinks come. I won't be ordering delivery from here ever again. It's delivery... meaning the customer is not the one handling this until it gets to their home. Beverages... especially those with an entire hole in the top should be sealed, but whoever is in charge there advised otherwise. Don't order drinks for delivery. Don't order anything for delivery from her actually because this store in particular has messed up every single order I've ever placed from their establishment.

I order from Panera all the time. I usually do not make complaints, but this has happened multiple times in a row. It's re-occurring instances like I pay for extra cheese, and get no cheese at all. Or they forget my baguette. Or they pump my supposed to be sugar-free coffee full of weird syrups. Something is always wrong with this location. It gets frustrating when it happens over, and over. I wanted to give this location more chances, but I believe my patience is up.
I don’t understand and/or don’t know how it’s possible that Panera put such a guy - zero personality - which I think his name is Jose - as a store manager who can’t carry even a simple conversation or customer service abilities… just tell me why?

We stopped in at the end of a 2+ hours road trip with kids. Carly checked on us, took our order, and averted more than one issue that could have led to some hangry children! It was all very much appreciated.
