Disappointed with the store's service. Ordered a large pizza and requested chilli flakes during pickup, only to be told they charge for it. When I mentioned it's usually complimentary at other Papa John's, the response was, "Pay for it or don't eat." Unpleasant experience and not great customer service.

Never ever paid for chilly flakes packets in any pizza store in the United States but these store is asking to pay for the chilly flakes even though we bought a large pizza .Worst store please don’t visit this store.

Don't go to this papa John's location, EVER! I placed a mobile order ahead of time and didn't get my one item until 30 minutes after I arrived at the store. I got there two minutes after the app said it was ready for pick-up. Also, the phone was ringing nonstop, and the workers never bothered to answer it. Again, if you like Papa John's pick a different location.

If you are a dasher please dont waste your time here bcz there is this one lady who will ignore you!! Even if she does ask you about your order she will lie to you at what time it will be available! I had a very terrible experience at this store poor customer service they don’t deserve to serve a better community like Vandalia! ????????
