Been ordering here for a few weeks now. Always on point, always nice.. Just wish they would add more sauce to the poppers. But today 3/3/23 kudos to the solo gentlemen despite all odds he was in good spirits and got the orders done. Recommend ordering from here out of all of them in the area.

Normally I order from the Brandt Pike location, but today I'm working in north Dayton so I ordered from the North Dixie Dr store. BIG MISTAKE!!! When you call in they say you can pick up in 10 to 20 minutes. I arrived at the 10 minute mark and my order was still hanging out of the printer. He said it would be another 5 minutes, it was another 20 minutes. When I finally got back to work, with only 10 minutes to eat mt Papadia, I found out they gave me the wrong dipping sauce too....read full review

Just throwing in this 5 star review because it's literally not their fault that the store cannot accommodate all of these orders. The store isn't in control of the App or the apps suggested wait times. People can't really seem to grasp that. We had a huge wait on our order and eventually cancelled, but they were really nice and accommodating with that. I would suggest the store call customers to tell them the wait times from the app are inaccurate. it would also be a win win because...read full review
